Hi, Are you talking about the KDE included in openSUSE 11.3? Try to burn on a USB disk the latest version (13.1) using SUSE Studio Imagewriter [0] and reinstall the OS. In this case, i think you can't use the upgrade option since openSUSE 11.3 is too old. Bye hawake [0] http://software.opensuse.
