I'm using Slackware 13.37 with KDE 4; I wrote a script for this software to
make a Slackware package in which I specified the sub-menu .menu file to be
placed in /etc/kde/xdg/menus/applications-merged/ and the icon for this
sub-menu in /usr/share/icons/hicolor/48x48/categories. There is one app
When I started my computer (Slackware 13.37 with kde) the wallpapers and
widgets of the four desktops were missing.
Only the following error related to kde appears in the system log:

I configured X to get multiple monotors on my laptop. It works nicely with KDE.
But one day, I had to switch runlevel from 4 to 3 and back from 3 to 4, then
when I booted with both monitors the desktops where reversed between the two
screens. The wallpaper and widgets set on the LVDS jumped to
