Yes, we talked about it on IRC at some point. On FreeBSD 12 and later, the KDE
distribution should probably not carry xf86-input-synaptics.

Thanks for the patch!... But...
Such a patch will not be committed. The port already depends on buildtools, and
it's the duty of the port-building tool to resolve the order correctly.

Note, this is certainly not the "best" solution, but as we cannot depend on
other packages by option-set, this seems to be the best solution I could come
