Rework kdehier port and bump version to 1.1:
install the port into default prefix ($LOCALBASE) and create additional
hierarchy under $KDE4_PREFIX, instead of installing to $KDE4_PREFIX and
linking some bits from $LOCALBASE.

I am having a problem with crashes when I attempt to open a new session
in "kate" According to the web site, the problem has been fixed in
"kate-4.10.2". Are there any plans to update this port to that version
in the near future?

- Use some wizardry to put all the checksums into devel/qt5/distinfo.
Now `make makesum` creates the checksums for every Qt module
automagically.
This is especially useful for docs and examples ports, which will need
several distribution files.
