- Add dependency on Perl and pkg-config to qtbase ports; pkg-config
can be disabled (it uses ?=), like done in qmake5.
- Pass CONFIG+=separate_debug_info via QMAKEFLAGS, as some *.pro files
don't include qt_module.prf, which is responsible for that setting.
