/usr/local/kde4/etc/rc.d from local_startup, in rc.conf.
Failure to do so will cause all enabled rc scripts in
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/ to be started twice.
Once as normal, then once more from the symlink'd
/usr/local/kde4/etc/rc.d directory.
