[kde-freebsd] Kde 4.2.3

I have just finished to build kde4.2.3 with qt4-4.5.1 on amd64. Except the already noticed phonon/qt4-phonon switch, everything else gone right. Until now I got only an issue with menu's launcher which shows nothing when clicked. Let me know if I must perform such test. Regards -- Diego Depaoli
