Hi Dwayne That's because we finally pushed the stuff to the main ports tree :) So you can just follow the "real" ports tree now. mfg Tobias Am Montag, 14. Mai 2018, 17:23:17 CEST schrieb Dwayne MacKinnon: > Hi all, > > As I do every week or so, I deleted my ports tree and did a shallow git > c

Area51 update

2018-05-14 Thread Dwayne MacKinnon
Hi all, As I do every week or so, I deleted my ports tree and did a shallow git clone of area51. For ages I've been using the kde5-import branch. When I ran my poudriere build over the weekend I was surprised when nothing got built. Should I change which branch I'm following? Cheers, DMK

As Qt5-5.9.3 has landed now, I switched back to using kde5-import. So, the further updates will get there :) mfg Tobias On 5 January 2018 at 21:18, Tobias C. Berner wrote: > Hi Dwayne > > Great to hear. > > kde5.9-import is the better one at the moment (as it has qt-5.9 - which > means it als

Yeah, nothing is blocking you from using portmaster -- apart from its own problems :) portmaster x11/kde5 # give me everything [tm] or portmaster x11/plasma5-plasma-desktop mfg Tobias On 6 January 2018 at 11:15, Stari Karp wrote: > On Fri, 2018-01-05 at 14:24 -0500, Dwayne MacKinnon w

Hi Dwayne Great to hear. kde5.9-import is the better one at the moment (as it has qt-5.9 - which means it also did get applications 17.12 ). once qt-5.9 is in the port, it will be merged back into kde5-import (and deleted). So for now I would use kde5.9-import and then checkout the kde5-import b
