plugins package it don't add a -L/usr/local/lib to the linker in every

I want to use wxWidgets within a project and use the following code
snippet in my CMakeLists.txt:
find_package(wxWidgets COMPONENTS base code)
But when i call cmake it doesn't find wxWidgets, although my system has
wxWidgets installed.

No, it does work, just set
CC=/usr/local/libexec/ccache/cc
(where /usr/local/libexec/ccache/cc is a link to you compiler)
