Remove kbuildsycoca4 from xdg-env.sh.
Tests have shown that kbuildsycoca4 adds between 10-15 seconds to the boot
time. kbuildsycoca4 is run from ${KDE4_PREFIX}/bin/startkde so there should be
no side-affects (other than speed up) from this change.
