All the files being patched have been removed, libkdcraw just uses the
system's libraw.
Unfortunately libraw in ports is still < 0.15. Hopefully my ports/185118
gets committed soon.

USE_GCC=any means it can be compiled with base gcc42 on 9-stable, now the port
requires gcc46. Is this intentional?
