Is there a way of restarting knotify when it doesn't exec upon
startup? I rely on this to ring the BEL. I've search the docs
and don't find anything about this.

help with at least NAS. As I undrstand it, NAS is to audio what
X is to (networked) graphics. --I tried NAS in February; it
failed because of a permissions problem.
