Since we're not using CMake (by default) for the actual build it would be
ignored I guess since we're defaulting to ninja. Setting USES= cmake:noni

Cmake file looks like bellow, and for sure there are no attempts made to squid
server running on machine with connectivity to internet. If the same build was
run on machine with internet access everyth
