I just checked the qcad website and the ports tree. The portstree has
qcad/qcad-qcad-v3.7.5.0_GH0.tar.gz
while the website has a link to their github where the sources can be
downloaded and that has version 3.10:

This one should compile with

cad/qcad is at an old version that doesn't have 4.8.7 bindings; just updating
the hack I added to its Makefile ages ago should work if one's not interested
in updating the port.
