marble: Set MARK_JOBS_SAFE (now with USE_GMAKE) again.
As discussed in this thread [1], the parallel build problems in marble go away
when gmake is used instead of make.

Just curious if there is any reason to not have KEYWORD: shutdown in rc.d/kdm4 ?
I'd prefer kdm to be orderly killed among other rc script stop actions before
shutdown rather than being killed by init at the very last moment.
