phonon: Make the QZeitgeist dependency optional.
QZeitgeist 0.8.0 has started depending on Zeitgeist itself at build-time.
Depending on it by default would mean Qt and KDE would always pull in
Zeitgeist, Python, GObject and its Python bindings etc.
