SVN commit 7660 by avilla:
- Turn PYTHON option on by default.
It depends on Boost.Python, not on PyKDE4, and other KDE components
already depend on it. It can be disabled in the port, but it doesn't
make sense to keep `pkg_add -r kde4` from installing it.
