[kde-freebsd] Qt 4.5.0 and font problems

If you are trying to build Qt 4.5.0, and end up with squares for fonts, I think I have found a workaround. The problem appears to be related to localization. I configured with the -no-iconv option, and it appears to solve the problem. I don't know how seriously this affects i18n/l10n functionali
