Hi,Mark, I think you completely misunderstood what move to kde/workspace means. This is not a repository, nobody wants to move that stuff into plasma-workspace. It just has semantic relevance, ie. no frameworks AB

For the same reason it sets an icon theme, to give Plasma desktops a consistent
look and feel. It switches to Noto in 5.5.
