recent (?) change in docbook rendering of inlinemediaobject svg images

I've been working on updates to the KMyMoney handbook on and off for several months, but today I just noticed that some rendering has changed, although I am not sure the last time it worked the "old" way. These are all of the form The last time I used meinproc5 (at
