that Baloo widgets still uses it somehow. Also the code in Baloo
Widgets seems a bit convoluted and repeats the same checks such as
multiple/single file again and again. I made some notes since the process
has many layers and easy to forget.

I think it is a important feature to support saving with another encodings.
It becomes more serious when an "advanced" text editor (i.e Kate) lacks it.

Compiling with --include-dependencies option solved the issue. I'm trying
to understand the code and debug as much as I can. If I'm able to figure it
out, I'll send a review request.
