In any case I would strongly advise against merging frameworks to
master now. Although master is open for development, you should wait
until the 16.04 Applications release before making such a drastic
change to master.

Once Propagator is fully rolled out, it should represent a vast
improvement to how pushes are handled at the server. Importantly,
since everything will be done asynchronously, Git pushes should become
much, much faster.
