NB: it seems, it is a `contextManager()->currentUrlIsRasterImage();` fault:
if I change call to it (in app/imegaopscontextmanager.cpp) to just "true", then

NB: `urlKind(currentUrl())` (which `currentUrlIsRasterImage()` calls to detect

Yeah, I know about this button. And, as I said earlier, kmail ignores accounts
order, that I specified there.
Or, at least, I don't know how to force it to respect it ;)

Alternative way to fix would be to fix urlKind, but I myself have no idea how
to fix it.
And, with my patch it works as intended anyway: even if buttons not disabled

Unfortunatelly, bugzilla throws 500 error when I trying to do so.
