Hi Fushan Wen, I renamed the file as requested then logged out/logged in -
locked screen/unlocked screen to log back in & plasma did not show crash
handler.
Setup is now unsuitable for me in this configura

I did as suggested in comment 170, performed a restart, cold boot & a
logout/login as this is usually I found the 'report the bug messages'.
No crashes or bug messages since.

Sorry people for lack of info. About 2 months after logging this bug the
problem appears to be solved by the, then latest updates to opensuse
tumbleweed.
No further blank screen issues have occurred since.

Opensuse tumbleweed fully updated as of 29/02/2016 and I still get crashes when
swapping users.
The KDE Plasma 5 swap user widget works perfectly as an alternative to using
the main application launcher.
