Understood. So digiKam must always be closed before the PC goes into

It took me a while to figure out that you also have to start the DebugView. In
the manual there is little information about the switch under 'System'.
But the log helped me a lot and put me on a different path. Th
each
person.
My pictures are all sorted by year, month and day. In the timeline, all images
are sorted chronologically correct since 1950. :-)
It's a bit strange that faces are recognized in photos from 1960 to 2007 of
people born in 2008.

I migrated the database back to SQLite two weeks ago. This runs stable.
However, this is on the Synology in a shared folder. Even after the idle state,

OK I found in display settings the checkbox for Orientation: Automatic "Only

I see. If I set the screen timeout to 1 minute and leave `libinput
