I was trying to debug the issue.
I've run Dolphin in gdb (with debug symbols loaded, but without the source code
attached) and the crash indeed, as the stack trace suggests, is caused by the
fact that

Perhaps I should add that this bug still exists in Dolphin 24.05.2 running on
the following system:

At the moment the version of Dolphin in TuxedoOS is 24.12.2, and the bug is
still there.
Will re-check when 24.12.3 is available in the repo.
