I found something out: There seem to be a relationship to the "Windowlist"
widget (in german it is "Fensterliste" so i guess it is "Windowlist" or
"Tasklist" in english).

After years of loyalty I switched from openSuse Leap to ArchLinux. There I have
plasma-desktop 5.7.3-1.
The system is running for a week now without a single error (the application
launcher runs fine, too).
