- 'kstatsviewer --list' provides info, so is NOT empty
- ksystemstats is not running (checked with 'ps -ax | grep ksystemstats')

- Used a short mp4 clip (about 8 sec, 21 Mib)
- track thumbnails -> all frames

It seems that KDE Applications 16.12 stabilize the system. I have not
recognized any further plasmashell crashes after the update. It would be great
