This was mentioned in #42 of Bug 432264. The two bugs may have some relations,
but have different results.

Note: the misalignment happens all over the file, I spend about two days

I had the same problem in leap 42.1. In tumbleweed also produced the error, I
discovered that the problem is in the umask present in fstab. I removed the
umask and the problem solved.
