Nope. After the latest snapshot (20240412) upgrade (which brought Qt 6.7),

Good news!
After upgrading to Snapshot 20240425 in Tumbleweed, Kontact starts just fine. I
tested it three times, and each time, it opened fine.

According to bug #1222178 in bugzilla.opensuse.org, this issue was resolved in
the Tumbleweed snapshot 20240409. Once I upgrade to this snapshot, I will
