It happens anywhere along the bottom bar, I can click right in the middle of
the task manager after right clicking the Amarok icon and it will happen.

A bit more information. It will scroll if I've set view mode to continuous so
that there is a scroll bar, but if there is no scroll bar it doesn't advance to
the next page.

I tried going back to 21.12.3 in Kubuntu 22.04 from 22.04.2 and that still has
issues with the mousewheel scrolling, so could something else be causing this?

If it helps, I have successfully compiled Amarok 2.9.70 in Kubuntu 19.10 by
installing
libmariadb-dev-compat
which includes /usr/bin/mysql_config required to compile Amarok.
