Unfortunately, It doesn't work no matter what language I choose. I know that
reinstalling won't reset the settings, I deleted kritarc and kritadisplayrc
many times as well. BTW, I didn't find any file name

Good news, 4.2.1 works fine for me.
I also downloaded portable zip build version 4.2.0, same issue.
