Hi, after some digging, I believe it was caused because of Python 3.11
transition, as described in a Debian bug

This is not viable, because the LLVM swrast isn't the only rasteriser using
LLVM. It is used also in R600 and RadeonSI Mesa drivers

Any idea why/how? Both versions are properly installed and the interference
shouldn't happen
