It is not solved but you ignore this. This bug is due to uncomplete upgrade of
the packages in the repositories so when the upgrade is completed probably it
wil be solved.

But the problem seems solved.
Meanwhile I have upgrade to Debian testing, but the problem was solved
before.
Now this are my system informations

I remembered now and I'm not sure if it can help but since I removed the
kde panel and replaced it with a latte-dock panel I haven't had that
problem anymore.
