Have upgraded to:

Still same issue. When trying to set times, they revert back to midnight when
saved

This occurs with either the local calendar or Gmail calendar, on kubuntu or
KDE-Neon, multiple reinstalls and devices.

I am able to get back in and now everything is working as it was before the
total shutout. Calendar/Contact are now working and email is working again via
the "Plain" setting. The glitch at the moment is

What Region do you have set?
Make sure the time format is set to United States (en_us). My region is set
for Canada, and the problem comes up, but if i set the time format to US, it
works.

Looks like this has now gone across the KDE platform. After re-installing
KDE/Tumbleweed, I can no longer sign into google via the system settings >
online accounts nor via dolphin > networks.
