The patch only disables LTO for .a file creation where it does not make sense
to have it.
Shared objects and such still use LTO with the patch.

According to our (SUSE) compiler guys, the .o files created with -flto are only
intermediate artifacts and not meant to be shipped to users.

Ok, the problem was that the kernel upgrade did not upgrade my nvidia kernel
module and therefore said module failed to load (reported in
`/var/log/Xorg.0.log`).
Fix/Workaround:

If you select German as language while installing neon to a HDD the `aspell-de`
package does not get
default account.
Sending from different Mail-Accounts is only possible when the default flag is
set to the according mail account.
When I send from a non default account Kleopatra tries to use a certifcate of
the default account.
