It turns out that if the application is on screen 2 the 'save as' dialog is
also on 2. The difference is the primary screen 1 is 1920x1080 and the second
screen 2 is 3840x2160.

In openCV-4.8.0 openCL was activated by default, from openCV-4.9.0 there is a
configuration option and this is deactivated by default. We are already using
openCV-4.10, so we have to activate openCL.
