I have observed that whenever I open chrome, my laptop fan screams, on further
investigating I found out that ksgrd_network_helper was using a lot of CPU.

That's for formats like PNG and JPG, not KRA, and apparently it's the
compression on the KRA file (which is a zip file) which is the problem, but
that should be off by default. I'm looking into it now.
