This bug report seems to relate to KOrganizer, since akonadi_ical_resource is
nothing to do with KAlarm. KAlarm uses processes called

For those which does not know what openSuse Argon is, Argon is a Neon with
opensuse basement. Then we get permanently last kde updates as with Neon

Sure. Right-click on clipboard icon in the System Tray > Configure Clipboard >
change "Clipboard history size" to as high as you'd like.
You can make it as high as 2048 if you'd like. The trade-off here is memory.
