I could not reproduce the problem with Konqueror 5.0.97 (using KDE Frameworks
5.44.0) on Ubuntu 18.04.

either you need to enable Blur from Tweaks page

Is a white border at the bottom of panel (panel is positioned at the top of the
screen) when solid mode is enabled a bug or an intended behavior? Border is not
present when solid is disabled.
