After installing the "ladspa" package on Fedora the "No LADSPA plugins were
found!" warning does not appear anymore, but kdenlive still crashes in these

The color profile error seems to be an unrelated issue: digikam saves the paths
of `MonitorProfileFile` and `WorkProfileFile` in `digikamrc` but that old
version does no longer exist and the paths aren't updated.

I keep my console on desktop 1, I also have 6 tabs always on. I was able to
keep the tabs by going to another desktop before shutdown. The console always
