I meant to add that this does not happen with all windows. E.g. kmail, kate,

By the way: This even happens on a standard 1920x1080 monitor when display
scaling is set to 1.0 and force fonts DPI is disabled.
So, it has nothing to do with display scaling or force fonts DPI.
