Found a workaround: LIBGL_DRI3_DISABLE=1 kwin_x11 --replace
Unfortunately it causes lots of weird rendering glitches, so not usable...

It's not fixed. It crashes almost every time with 5.8.3.
Maybe problem is in my second monitor. Usually it turns on not immediately on
resume. Probably plasmashell thinks it's disconnected at all and moves panels
to lapto
