Thanks for the video! I can see the issue now. However I'm not able to
reproduce it with a fresh Neon install. If you create another user account and
log in as that user, does the problem still happen?

when the cursor reaches the edge, the file is no longer displayed as being
hovered over
in addition, when the cursor is at the edge, scrolling doesn't work and the
file cannot be selected via clicking
