Yes, I just build from that commit, running the system 1 hour and everything is
working well. Even more smooth and faster than before.

I've just upgraded xf86-video-intel (from 2.99.917_p20160316 to
2.99.917_p20160324 --- that is how it's called in Gentoo Portage Tree), and
that issue disappeared. Apparently it was some bug in Intel drivers.
