In this last device I solved (workaround) modifying the grub file in
/etc/default. in this way:
#GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash consoleblank=240"
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet"

In this other device the black screen bug is really severe:
