This is available only in development upcoming v0.10. This option is NOT
available to stable 0.9.x versions

I've noticed the item, but it seems to mean the distance of icon to the dock
base, rather than the how close the mouse cursor to the edge can make the dock
pop up.

The size of cursor distance to the screen edge which can make the dock pop up.
The default is 0px.
