Since one of the last updates I saw that Brasero can now also be resized in
Wayland-Session.So,this bug is at last really RESOLVED and FIXED.

They're GTK apps; that's up to them. We cannot do it for them. You'll need to
contact their developers.

Think of brasero and perhaps some other Gtk Apps.They still refuse to get
resized,despite the fixing of this bug recently.
