@Vlad yes, starting apps from command line works properly. The only thing not
working properly is the "click event" in that view.

I don't understand why this was moved to KWin. It's clearly not a bug in the
window manager as it's not involved with input handling on X11.

Yes, proprietary drivers. I only use X11 as kwin with wayland on nVidia is not
supported (probably added in 5.16 right?).
