It's fixed in Plasma 5.26, but you're not running it yet (it hasn't been
released yet) so unless you compiled Plasma from source, there's no chance you
have the fix. So still experiencing the bug makes sense. :)

Another strange thing, I cannot choose Breeze to splash, there is no such
option, it doesn't seem to be installed:

TBH this makes me think that the main KRunner QML file should not be loaded
from the global theme. Is there any usecase for themes to override this file
anyways? So far I have only seen it cause bugs.
